Why our baklava

Baklava is a classic Middle Eastern dessert of flaky phyllo layered with chopped nuts and sweet syrup. It is the perfect sweet ending to a Mediterranean meal. We are a Palestinian Mediterranean family restaurant with 25 years serving the Phoenix metro community.

• Baklava Pistachio: crispy phyllo with finely chopped pistachios and syrup.
• Baklava Cashew: phyllo, crunchy cashews and sweet syrup, a twist on the traditional.
• Chocolate Baklava: two pieces of flaky pastry layered with chocolate and pistachios.
• Baklava Cheesecake: creamy cheesecake with phyllo and crushed nuts.
• Catering: Walnut / Pistachio Baklava trays and a 16-slice Baklava Cheesecake.
